Neal can trace back his start in the landscape industry to a special trip with his mom. One day after picking him up from kindergarten, they went to “the Jewels” and bought a flat of Marigolds and Petunias. After planting, it was his job to keep them watered and weeded. Despite his young age, he was inspired by watching them grow and bloom. He has been working with plants ever since.
