JP started with Semmer in 2011 as a Maintenance Supervisor. Prior to the landscape industry, JP was in the restaurant business. Beginning with roles such as busser and lead bar back, he worked his way up to Facilities Manager. It was in this role that JP honed his management skills. He’s proud to have traveled the country and been a big part of launching over 20 restaurant openings. His experience in multi-tasking has helped him in the fast-paced landscape industry.

JP stays very busy outside of work. His philosophy is "Live Life to the Extreme". Impromptu trips, concerts - from country to Latino rap and time with his son Jax fill his time. He also has an affinity for cowboy boots of all types, horses, his dogs, and the sun. Lastly, JP has been expressing himself with his hair and he hopes to grow it long enough to donate to charity.
