Javier completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2009 and started in the landscape industry right away. His passion for the outdoors began while working at Harborside Int. Golf Course. He later held roles as an administrative assistant and logistics/scheduling manager at another landscape company. He continued to move up the ladder and later became a maintenance supervisor followed by production manager and operations manager. Javier is currently a Landscape Maintenance Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance division and works with and mentors the maintenance supervisors to maximize efficiencies and productivity.

Javier, the middle child amongst his two sisters, is a proud uncle to 3 nieces and 2 nephews to whom he is very close.

Javier has many hobbies: watching sports, all things real estate and home improvement, cooking and grilling, landscaping (yes, outside of work), and most importantly spending as much time with family as possible.
