Aileen started her landscaping career 8 years ago within office management and branch administrative work, learning the ‘ins and outs’.

Her love for the city of Chicago is what drew her to the industry and her NALP Gold award for Commercial Maintenance in 2022 only further increased her motivation and drive.  From high-rises to chic boutique hotels to century-old residential buildings, her passion to make Chicago beautiful is unwavering. Aileen’s process of beautification includes great work with great people and establishing a reputation of excellence in execution, presentation, and communication.

Most importantly, she aims to set an example to her two beautiful children, Sophia & Cameron.  No matter where you were born or how you were raised, success comes from the effort you put into your work.  Along with her incredible husband, they also have 3 fur babies that keep everyone on their toes.

When Aileen isn’t on sites or attending events, you’ll find her watching her son play Basketball/Baseball, her daughter at Softball/Track or on the baseball field managing her husband’s baseball team.
